The password for your WhoPlusYou account can be reset in one of two ways.
If you are logged in to your account already, click "Settings" in the menu on the left hand side of the page, and "Manage Account" from the list that appears. Then, simply enter a new password in the appropriate fields under "Change Password".
If you are unable to log in, you must use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in page. Simply click the link labeled "Forgot Password?" located under the Login button. You will be prompted to enter your email address.
Within a few moments, you will receive an email to the specified address, containing a link with further instructions to reset your password. Please check your Junk Mail folder if you do not find this email in your inbox.
